Le BTS NDRC \u00e0 Chopin<\/a> comprend plusieurs mati\u00e8res professionnelles, dont la n\u00e9gociation-vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mati\u00e8re n\u00e9gociation-vente permet d’explorer tout type de relation client\u00e8le et d’acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences dans l’animation et la n\u00e9gociation commerciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mati\u00e8re repr\u00e9sente 360 heures effectu\u00e9es au cours des deux ann\u00e9es, soit 180 heures par an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il y a 6 heures de n\u00e9gociation par semaine, mais qui sont divis\u00e9es en deux parties : une partie th\u00e9orique et une partie pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partie th\u00e9orique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La partie th\u00e9orique concerne l’apprentissage et les le\u00e7ons qui repr\u00e9sentent 4 heures par semaine. Le mat\u00e9riel utilis\u00e9 est principalement un manuel qui regroupe l’apprentissage des deux ann\u00e9es. 16 chapitres sont \u00e0 traiter au cours des deux ann\u00e9es. Les comp\u00e9tences sont de : segmenter le portefeuille clients et d’identifier des cibles de client\u00e8le, mettre en \u0153uvre une d\u00e9marche de prospection et l’\u00e9valuer, d\u00e9velopper des r\u00e9seaux professionnels, n\u00e9gocier et vendre une solution adapt\u00e9e au client, participer \u00e0 des salons, ect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partie pratique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La partie pratique repr\u00e9sente les TD. Elle dure environ 2 heures par semaine. Il y a diverses activit\u00e9s r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pendant ces TD, notamment : des simulations de cas de n\u00e9gociation, des fiches E4, des travaux concernant les stages, etc. Les objectifs sont de mettre en avant l’autonomie, la comp\u00e9tence orale et technologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durant ces deux ann\u00e9es de formation, ainsi que dans cette mati\u00e8re, plusieurs comp\u00e9tences seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es. En effet, elle valorise la communication, la n\u00e9gociation, le management d\u2019\u00e9quipe, l\u2019organisation et les technologies num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De plus, elle met en avant le sens de l\u2019action, l\u2019autonomie (notamment pendant les TD), la motivation, le sens du contact mais aussi l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces comp\u00e9tences sont essentielles pour d\u00e9boucher sur le m\u00e9tier de commercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
