Ce stage s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du&nbsp;<strong>27 mai au 5 juillet<\/strong>, soit une p\u00e9riode de six semaines particuli\u00e8rement enrichissante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wp15-c12699-3.btsndrc.ac\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image.png?w=950&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Renault Dacia BYMYCAR\" class=\"wp-image-351\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chiffres Cl\u00e9s de ByMyCar<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, ByMyCar est l\u2019un des plus grands groupes de distribution automobile en France, avec des chiffres qui t\u00e9moignent de son importance sur le march\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>80 concessions<\/strong>&nbsp;r\u00e9parties dans tout le pays, offrant une large couverture g\u00e9ographique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plus de 2 300 collaborateurs<\/strong>, un r\u00e9seau de professionnels qui contribue \u00e0 son succ\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un volume de ventes annuel sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 100 000 v\u00e9hicules<\/strong>, ce qui fait de ByMyCar un acteur incontournable du secteur automobile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 milliards d&rsquo;euros de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires<\/strong>, d\u00e9montrant la solidit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re et l\u2019importance \u00e9conomique de l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plus de 30 marques automobiles distribu\u00e9es<\/strong>, dont Renault et Dacia, les deux marques sur lesquelles j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 durant mon stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignfull are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"534\" width=\"950\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wp15-c12699-3.btsndrc.ac\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-1-1024x576.png?resize=950%2C534&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Renault Dacia BYMYCAR\" class=\"wp-image-352\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"950\" width=\"950\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wp15-c12699-3.btsndrc.ac\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-2-1024x1024.png?resize=950%2C950&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Renault Dacia BYMYCAR\" class=\"wp-image-353\" style=\"width:165px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Missions Accomplies<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En premier lieu, durant mon stage, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9(e) \u00e0 accomplir diverses missions, chacune d\u2019entre elles contribuant \u00e0 mon d\u00e9veloppement professionnel. Parmi ces missions, trois se sont particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9marqu\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prospection t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique<\/strong>&nbsp;: J\u2019ai pris en charge la prospection de nouveaux clients par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, une t\u00e2che qui m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences relationnelles et commerciales. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mon r\u00f4le consistait \u00e0 contacter des prospects pour leur pr\u00e9senter les offres et services de ByMyCar Renault Dacia, tout en recueillant des informations utiles pour enrichir la base de donn\u00e9es clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accueil des clients<\/strong>&nbsp;: J\u2019ai \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019accueil des clients dans la concession.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Cela incluait la gestion des premi\u00e8res interactions avec les visiteurs, en veillant \u00e0 ce que leur exp\u00e9rience au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise soit agr\u00e9able d\u00e8s leur arriv\u00e9e. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce volet du stage m\u2019a permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer mes comp\u00e9tences en communication et d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer efficacement les demandes des clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organisation des portes ouvertes<\/strong>&nbsp;: J\u2019ai jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le actif dans l&rsquo;organisation d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de portes ouvertes, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 promouvoir les nouveaux mod\u00e8les Renault et Dacia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Cette exp\u00e9rience m\u2019a offert une vue d\u2019ensemble sur la coordination d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement, de la logistique \u00e0 la promotion, en passant par l\u2019accueil des invit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comp\u00e9tences D\u00e9velopp\u00e9es<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, tout au long de cette p\u00e9riode, j\u2019ai pu d\u00e9velopper plusieurs comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En particulier, j&rsquo;ai appris \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>animer un r\u00e9seau de partenaires<\/strong>, une comp\u00e9tence essentielle pour \u00e9tablir et maintenir des relations avec des partenaires commerciaux, et favoriser la croissance de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;autre part, ce stage m\u2019a \u00e9galement permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer mes comp\u00e9tences en&nbsp;<strong>communication<\/strong>, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la prospection t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique et \u00e0 l&rsquo;accueil des clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gestion de projets, comme les portes ouvertes, m\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 mieux comprendre l&rsquo;importance de la planification et de la coordination dans un cadre professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusion, mon exp\u00e9rience chez ByMyCar Renault Dacia a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce stage m\u2019a non seulement permis de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement d\u2019une concession automobile, mais \u00e9galement d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences que je pourrai utiliser dans ma future carri\u00e8re professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Je remercie&nbsp;<strong>Jo\u00e9vin Bourotte<\/strong>&nbsp;et toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe de ByMyCar Renault Dacia pour leur accueil et leur encadrement pendant ces six semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RAUSCHER SANCHEZ Corentin <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mon Exp\u00e9rience de Stage chez ByMyCar Renault Dacia \u00e0 Bar-le-Duc Dans le cadre de ma formation, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser un stage au sein de l\u2019entreprise&nbsp;ByMyCar Renault Dacia, situ\u00e9e \u00e0&nbsp;Bar-le-Duc, sous la supervision de mon tuteur&nbsp;Jo\u00e9vin Bourotte.
