STAGE A L’AGENCE MACIF : Tout d’abord, la MACIF (Mutuelle Assurance des Commer\u00e7ants et Industriels de France et des cadres et salari\u00e9s de l\u2019industrie et du commerce) est un acteur majeur du secteur de l\u2019assurance en France. Reconnue pour son mod\u00e8le mutualiste, elle place l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de ses soci\u00e9taires au c\u0153ur de ses priorit\u00e9s en proposant des solutions d\u2019assurance, de pr\u00e9voyance, de sant\u00e9 et de services financiers adapt\u00e9es aux besoins de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les chiffres cl\u00e9s de l’agence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

En premier lieu, la MACIF est un acteur majeur de l\u2019assurance en France. Elle compte plus de 6,3 millions de soci\u00e9taires et clients et g\u00e8re pr\u00e8s de 19 millions de contrats. Ainsi, en 2024, son chiffre d\u2019affaires s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 environ 6,95 milliards d\u2019euros. La MACIF s\u2019appuie sur pr\u00e8s de 12 000 collaborateurs et un r\u00e9seau de plus de 450 points d\u2019accueil, ce qui lui permet d\u2019assurer une forte proximit\u00e9 avec ses soci\u00e9taires. Elle d\u00e9veloppe \u00e9galement une relation client digitale importante \u00e0 travers son site internet et son application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date et dur\u00e9e de mon stage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

J’ai effectu\u00e9 mon stage \u00e0 la Macif du 27 octobre au 19 d\u00e9cembre 2025, pour une dur\u00e9e de huit semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Accueil et accompagnement des clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prise de rendez-vous en agence et par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, sur traitement de listings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Scan des pi\u00e8ces justificatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participation aux entretiens avec les clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Organisation d’un \u00e9v\u00e9nement commercial<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cr\u00e9ation d’affiches pour l’entreprise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Les comp\u00e9tences que j’ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es lors de mon STAGE A L’AGENCE MACIF<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Premi\u00e8rement, lors de mon stage au sein de la MACIF j\u2019ai pu d\u00e9velopper plusieurs comp\u00e9tences professionnelles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Ce stage m\u2019a permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer ma communication orale et \u00e9crite, surtout lors des \u00e9changes avec les soci\u00e9taires, en face \u00e0 face ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    J\u2019ai \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 plusieurs comp\u00e9tences professionnelles. Mon stage m’a appris \u00e0 mieux accueillir et orienter les soci\u00e9taires, \u00e0 \u00e9couter et comprendre leurs besoins, et enfin \u00e0 y r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re adapt\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    J\u2019ai \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 mon sens des responsabilit\u00e9s et ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe. L\u2019utilisation des logiciels internes m\u2019a permis de renforcer mes comp\u00e9tences en digitalisation de la relation client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Conclusion <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Pour conclure, ce stage \u00e0 la MACIF a \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience d\u00e9terminante dans mon parcours en BTS NDRC. Je remercie sinc\u00e8rement ma tutrice, Nathalie Lemau De Talance, pour son accompagnement et les conseils pr\u00e9cieux qu\u2019elle m\u2019a transmise. Avant tout, travailler au sein d\u2019une mutuelle engag\u00e9e et proche de ses soci\u00e9taires m\u2019a permis de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement du secteur de l\u2019assurance et de d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences en relation client. En cons\u00e9quence, cette exp\u00e9rience constitue une \u00e9tape importante pour me pr\u00e9parer aux d\u00e9fis futurs de la n\u00e9gociation et de la gestion de la relation client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
