J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 ce stage gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une intervention de Val\u00e9rie Fran\u00e7oise qui est intervenue dans mon \u00e9tablissement pour pr\u00e9senter les actions de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence Inclusion notamment  les opportunit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019insertion professionnelle. Son intervention m\u2019a donn\u00e9 envie d\u2019en apprendre davantage sur ce domaine et m\u2019a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 postuler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9f\u00e9rence inclusion en quelques lignes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence Inclusion est un <a href=\"https:\/\/reference-inclusion.fr\/\">cabinet<\/a> cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2019 et bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Nancy sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l\u2019inclusion sociale et professionnelle. L\u2019\u00e9quipe accompagne les organisations sur des projets li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019emplois l\u2019insertion et la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale. La structure intervient notamment sur le conseil la gestion de projets et la communication inclusive. J\u2019ai contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de contenus destin\u00e9s \u00e0 valoriser les activit\u00e9s de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence Inclusion, notamment par la r\u00e9alisation de quiz interactifs sur la plateforme Klaxoon utilis\u00e9s lors d\u2019ateliers de sensibilisation. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement effectu\u00e9 du mailing afin de diffuser des informations aupr\u00e8s de professionnels et de partenaires institutionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai aussi particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019organisation d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement commercial \u00e0 l\u2019occasion notamment par la de l\u2019anniversaire de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence Inclusion. Pour cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement je me suis occup\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration du programme et de la gestion des invitations ce qui m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9couvrir la dimension \u00e9v\u00e9nementielle de la communication professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">comp\u00e9tence d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant ce stage j\u2019ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences en communication digitale (quiz Klaxoon, mailing) et en organisation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements. J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 utiliser des outils num\u00e9riques \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer un programme et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des invitations.
