J\u2019ai eu la chance d\u2019effectuer un stage de 6 semaines chez BMW au sein de mon parcours scolaire. Une exp\u00e9rience extr\u00eamement enrichissante que je souhaite partager. Stage BMW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pour commencer La concession BMW de Forbach, situ\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9partement 57, compte environ 35 collaborateurs, comprenant des vendeurs, du personnel administratif et des m\u00e9caniciens. <\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n

Ensuite, L’entreprise dispose de plus de 50 v\u00e9hicules d’occasion, de 15 v\u00e9hicules neufs de d\u00e9monstration ainsi que de v\u00e9hicules neufs sur commande. Reconnue comme une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans le secteur de l’automobile haut de gamme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalement, la concession BMW se distingue par la qualit\u00e9 de ses v\u00e9hicules et de son service client, proposant une large gamme de mod\u00e8les. Cette large gamme inclue des v\u00e9hicules sportifs et des SUV premium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de ce stage, j’ai pu r\u00e9aliser plusieurs missions. Premi\u00e8rement des essais de v\u00e9hicules avec des clients, de la prospection, l’accueil des clients et le conseil client\u00e8le dans la limite de mes comp\u00e9tences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensuite j’ai surtout eu l’occasion de participer \u00e0 la mise en place d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements commerciaux et de r\u00e9aliser plusieurs n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e9gociation <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Premi\u00e8rement durant ce stage chez BMW, j’ai pu r\u00e9aliser la vente d’un X4, enti\u00e8rement en autonomie, d’une valeur de 49 000 euros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et cette vente \u00e0 commenc\u00e9 par une rencontre en dehors du cadre du stage. J’ai su convaincre le client de venir \u00e0 la concession et, connaissant bien cette personne, je l’ai motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 acheter son v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 travers moi. Afin de garder un souvenir particulier de cette acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensuite il recherchait un X4. L’entreprise disposait d’un mod\u00e8le d’occasion correspondant parfaitement \u00e0 ses attentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a donc accept\u00e9, \u00e0 la fois pour me faire plaisir et surtout pour se faire plaisir lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d\u00e9sormais, il poss\u00e8de toujours ce v\u00e9hicule, et c’est plaisant de repenser \u00e0 ce moment et de savoir que sa voiture de tous les jours est li\u00e9e \u00e0 notre concession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et, j’ai pu participer \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements commerciaux. Tout d’abord, j’ai contribu\u00e9 aux journ\u00e9es portes ouvertes. Ensuite j’ai \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l’organisation du salon de l’automobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

pour conclure Int\u00e9grer cette concession a \u00e9t\u00e9 une v\u00e9ritable opportunit\u00e9 pour comprendre les exigences du march\u00e9 automobile ainsi que les attentes d\u2019une client\u00e8le exigeante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
